Cellular Moulding's Reaction Injection Moulding (RIM) department can receive design data in a number of formats

• Electronic data via email (ISDN)
• 3D file formats include STL, DXF, Solid Works, VRML and IGES
• 2D file formats include DXF and Autocad
• Graphics formats HPGL, Bitmap, JPEG, GIF and PCX
• Good old fashioned paper via post or fax

Using any of the above formats we can give prompt and accurate budget estimates or detailed quotations given the overall sizes and 2D or 3D pictorial images.

Normal time-scales tend to be:

5 workings days from STL to dressed model.

5 Working Days from approved model to first-offs from IPTT tooling.

Exhibition deadlines and tight launch schedules requiring "Yesterday Service" can be accommodated by special arrangement to reserve the tooling slot.
